摘要
Abstract
Objective Discuss distinguish between procalcitonin original level in patients with gram-negative bacterium and gram-positive bacterium of bloodstream infections caused by clinical significance. Methods Based on 69 blood culture positive results and corresponding serum calcitonin original measurements into G+ groups and G- groups.Analysis of patients with serum calcitonin level, with <0.05 for statistical significance. Results Two sets of data using the rank sum test,G+group rank of 29, G-group rank of 181, <0.05, the dif erence was statistical y significant, then the receiver operating characteristic curve accordingly do indicate the value in taking 0.64ng pct when / ml, the sensitivity was 70.8% and specificity of 60.0%. Conclusion Serum procalcitonin levels helps to quickly distinguish between G+and G-bacteria bloodstream infections caused by bacteria.关键词
