摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of family labor on maternal and neonatal delivery room. Methods Randomly selected from the delivery room of primipara childbirth 80 cases of occiput position as the experimental group, and the rest received general medical care delivery of primipara 80 cases in control group (control group). Results The delivery room can decrease the rate of dystocia, shorten the birth process, reduce postpartum hemor hage and neonatal asphyxia ( <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of delivery room, can not only promote the birth process progress smoothly, and can help to reduce the incidence of perinatal period, so as to improve the quality of obstetric.关键词
