摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore anorectal fistula after surgery for colorectal patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital received 50 cases of anorectal fistula after surgery for colorectal clinical data.Results 50 patients in 25 cases after the anti-inflammatory, peritoneal membrane drainage and enteral nutrition cure;after 16 cases of fecal bypass the peritoneal cavity rinse cure;9 cases were cured after surgery.Conclusion Anorectal fistula after surgery for colorectal diagnosis as early as possible,give antibiotics and surgical treatment is ef ective.关键词
