Abstract
Objective To compare the curative ef ect of treatment for T1 renal cancer by partial nephrectomy with that by radical nephrectomy.Methods The related information of 180 cases of patients with stage T1 renal cancer made a definite diagnosis and obtained surgical treatment (PN for 68 cases,RN for 112 cases)was filtrated,including gender,age,clinical symptoms,operation time and intraoperative blood loss.And specific survival,event free survival and non-metastatic survival were known according to the fol ow-up.Curative ef ect of the treatment for stage T1 renal cancer by PN and RN was evaluated through analyzing and comparing these data.Results Comparisions of average age,component percentage of gender and clinical symptoms between two groups were not evidently dif erent,and not statistical y significant ( >0.05).Operation time between two groups was a significant dif erent,and statistical y significant ( <0.01).There was no obvious dif erence between blood loss of two groups.And the dif erence between them was no statistical significance( >0.05).5 years specific survival,5 years event free survival and 5 years non-metastatic survival between two groups were not obvious dif erence.And They were al no statistical significance ( >0.05).Conclusion Although the average operation time of PN group was longer than RN group,other indicators were no dif erence.Patients of PN group could be kept part of the nephron function.And physiological and metabolic ef ect in PN group was smal er than that in RN group.So the dif erence on therapeutic ef ect of treatment for T1 renal cancer was not obvious between them. For patients with poor kidney function,partial nephrectomy was superior to radical nephrectomy.关键词
