Abstract
Objective Analysis of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of vertebral compression fractures in clinical nursing key points,the evaluation of the ef ect of nursing.Methods The 82 cases of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of vertebral compression fracture patients,given careful peri operation period nursing health education,discharge,treatment and nursing ef ect evaluation. Results The control in 71 cases, ef ective in 11 cases;preoperative functional exercise the implementation rate of 100%,0% the incidence of intraoperative;postoperative bed time is 24h~21d;the incidence of constipation 37.80%,before admission defecation integral points below after admission defecation integrals,with significant dif erence( <0.05);VAS pain level in 3~7 points,the average(4.1+0.9).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of vertebral compression fractures in patients with clinical nursing care needs,the key lies in the hospital nursing management,prevent constipation,prevent secondary injury to pain management nursing,rehabilitation exercise,maintain the stability of the vertebral body posture,wel outside the hospital to fol ow-up,timely find the recur ence.关键词
