慢性肾功能衰竭患者中药保留灌肠的舒适护理干预
Application of Care Comfort Nursing to the TCM Renal Enema Treatment for Chronic Renal Failure (CRF)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the ef ect and influence of Care Comfort Nursing in TCM Renal Enema Treatment for Chronic Renal Failure (CRF). Methods Between Dec.2013 to Dec. 2014, we selected 100 patients from Department of Nephrology in our hospital treating them with TCM Renal Enema. Care Comfort Nursing was also applied during the course of regular Nursing activities among those patients. Then we analyzed and summarized the results from the above treatments. Results The benefits of the application of Care Comfort Nursing exceeded those of regular Nursing procedures. Conclusion There wil be a significant benefit gained by merging Care Comfort Nursing into the TCM Renal Enema Treatment for Chronic Renal Failure patients. Not only wil the patients feel more comfortable, but also improve the relationship between the patients and nursing staf . It also al ows the medical staf to take more responsibilities to take care of the patients.关键词
