Abstract
Objective To observe the method of medical abortion after summary and nursing ef ect on the ring.Methods The patients admit ed to a voluntary termination of pregnancy requires 120 cases,while women choose the same period of 120 cases of induced abortion as a control group,aged 23 to 42 years,mean 28.6 years old,on-line artificial abortion ring.Observation of Group 1 and day 2 morning 9:00 mifepristone 50mg,evening 9:00 mifepristone 25mg,before and after taking two hours fasting.The first three days after 6:00 600μg misoprostol into the vagina fornix.Bed rest for two hours, the same day stay in hospital for observation for 6 to 8 hours, until the gestational sac discharge.Results In the observation group, good in 74 cases (62.5%), 42 cases (35%), the total ef ective rate was 98.4%, control group 77 cases (64.2%), good in 38 cases (31.7%) in general, the total ef iciency of 97.5%, the two groups have no significant dif erence ( >0.05). Conclusion After drug abortion on the abortion bleeding more ful y, to reduce to a minimum, reduce the number of intrauterine operation, easy to accept patients.关键词
