摘要
Abstract
Objective To standardize the writing norms of medical record and improve the whole record quality in 2013.Methods We analyze the cause of defect in form of writing and in the content. Results The most serious problem is lacking of signature of doctors in form of writing as wel as general and special inspection result without analysis、the same ward round record in the content. Conclusion Doctors should at ach importance to legal sense and the quality of medical record.Take dif erent methods to improve the quality of medical records.关键词
