Abstract
Peri-implantitis occur ed in synostosis implant sur ounding soft and hard tissue of chronic progressive inflammation, can form peri-implant pocket, in turn, bone loss, leading to implant loose fal of . Now that the underlying cause of peri-implantitis is the bacteria microorganism on the implant, namely due to poor oral hygiene, cause plaque accumulation around implant, stimulate the body to produce inflammation. In addition, some peri-implantitis risk factors, such as smoking, periodontitis, genetic polymorphism, diabetes, implant itself factors, could also increase the risk of the disease. This article wil discuss the causes of peri-implantitis research progress were reviewed.关键词
