摘要
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one serious complication of microangiopathy in diabetic, is a major cause of blindness. Its exact pathogenic mechanism is stil less clear. Recent studies showed that cytokines play an important role in the development of DR.It is a key factor in the development of DR. The treatment of cytokine also used clinic recent years, to bring the Gospel to patients. In this paper, a variety of cytokines, such as vascular endothelial growth factor, tumor necrosis factor, basic fibroblast growth factor in the pathogenesis of DR are summarized.And the use of drugs of anti-vascular endothelial growth in the clinical progress are reviewed.关键词
