Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of TNF-a,IL-18 in patients with primary hepatocel ular carcinoma.Methods We col ected serum samples of primary hepatocel ular carcinoma patients,liver cir hosis patients and healthy patients,col ected venous blood 5ml of al subjects in the morning,then determinated the TNF-a and IL-18 concentration.Results The TNF-a and IL-18 levels in patients with liver cancer compared with the normal control group had significant dif erence ( <0.05),the TNF-a and IL-18 levels of liver cirrhosis group compared with the normal control group,there was no significant dif erence between the two.Conclusion TNF-a,IL-18 can be used as index of diagnosis of primary hepatocel ular carcinoma.关键词
