摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of dif erent injection methods in treatment on diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods Choose 60 DKA patients and select randomly insulin pump group, conventional insunlin injection group,and using between insunlin pumpand and insunlin injection proup.Observation the dose of insunlin and the time with cor ection of ketoacidosis,In addtion,amount of the number of hypoglycemia.Results Insunlin pump group was less then other group with insunlin during curing ketoacidosis.there were no statistical dif erences in the mean duration until cor ection of hyperglycemia.Conclusion The clinical ef ects of the three cure group were basical y similar,the insunlin dose with insunlin pump group is less the other.No mat er which method did,can can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia if monitoring blood glucose careful y.关键词
