Abstract
Objective To analyze relevant factors among ROP (retinopathy of prematurity)of the lower weight infant.Methods Inspect eye ground of 100 lower weight prematurity (age of gestation<37 weeks,birth weight≤1500g)establish the fol ow-up inspection system.Multiple logistic regression analysis to analyze against sex、age of gestation,birth weight and the rise to factors such as oxygen administration、blood transfusion fol ow diseases(congenital heart disease,hyaline membrane disease of newborn),way of childbirth、average oxygen concentration、interpolation between lowest and highest oxygen concentration.Results The incidence of ROP is 27%among of the lower weight prematurity.There are dif erences between ROP group and no ROP in birth weight,oxygen Breathing time(>14d) and interpolation between lowest and highest oxygen concentration.It has statistical significance ( <0.05).Logistic regression analysis show that short gestation,congenital heart disease are the risk factors of ROP,average oxygen concentration is ROP basic factors.Conclusion Retina inspection should be done among the lower weight prematurity with conventional oxygen administration history,especial y the infant with shout gestation,Congenital heart disesse.关键词
