摘要
Abstract
Objective Explore the combined ef ect of Nano silver gel and Diosmin in patients with mixed hemor hoids who underwent surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients were included in this study,al the patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment group were treated with Nano silver gel and Diosmin,control group were treated with musk hemorrhoids ointment.Postoperative complications were observed.Results Postoperative wound pain and bleeding scores in treatment group was lower than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).The incidence of perianal edema in treatment group was lower than control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.01).Conclusion Use of Nano silver gel and Diosmin in patients with mixed hemor hoids could reduce postoperative wound pain,bleeding and perianal edema,deserve the clinical expansion.关键词
