Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of telephone fol ow-up health education on elderly hypertensivepatients discharged from hospital.Methods To divide thecadre health department in our hospital in 2012 January~2013 December discharged elderly patients with hypertension 400 cases were divided into intervention group and control group.The control group using conventional discharge guidance,intervention group on the basis of conventional discharge guidance on the plan,have the purpose of telephone fol ow-up health education.Results The knowledge of hypertensionintervention to change the awareness rate and patientlifestyle group of elderly patients with rate were higher than the control group,compared 2 groups of elderly hypertensive patients,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.01).Conclusion The telephone fol ow-uphealth education to improve the elderly hypertensive patients on hypertension related knowledge and awareness,change in elderly hypertensive patientsunhealthy living behavior and way,telephone visit healtheducation can improve the compliance behavior ofpatients,and ef ectively through life,diet and other aspects the intervention increased blood pressure,prevention of complications of patients with delayedprogress,the condition,reduce the times of elevated blood pressure on admission,improve the quality of life patients and plays an important role in.Greatly improvethe quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension.关键词
