Abstract
Objective To study the reasons and treatment of sudden epistaxis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis of data of patients with sudden epistaxis after endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital endoscopic sinus operation in with nasal sinus operation and recorded late nasal sudden hemorrhage rate,treatment method.Results In 806 cases of patients with endoscopic sinus operation,24 patients had after the late nasal bleeding,the incidence rate was 2.97%.Among them 6 cases stopped bleeding by nasal packing,5 cases stopped bleeding by electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope,13 cases stopped bleeding by directly underwent endoscopic electric coagulation. Al cured. Conclusion In order to prevent the excessive loss of blood to cause shock,nasal packing method is simple,rapid,ef ective,nasal endoscopy can achieve precise packing or electric coagulation hemostasis purposes.关键词
