摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the ef ect of implementation of quality nursing care in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease admit ed in our hospital in 2011 January to 2013 December between patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given routine care,the observation group performing quality nursing care,compared two groups of patients after the treatment of mental status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Results The implementation of nursing patients with self rating Depression Scale (SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores were significantly lower than the control group,the life quality of the patients were obviously higher than those in control group,nursing satisfaction of patients reached 96.67%(58/60) was significantly higher than that in control group 81.67% (49/60),the dif erences were statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion High quality of nursing service patients psychological status and quality of life improved nursing in the patients with coronary heart disease, and is conducive to the satisfaction of the nursing care of patients,clinical application value significantly.关键词
