Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of rhubarb and mirabilite topical the clinical curative ef ect of fat liquefaction of incision cesarean section. Methods Col ected in September 2008 to September 2013 in 40 patients with cesarean delivery in our line,40 patients were randomly divided into control group and group 20 cases each. Control group wil be liquefied under sterile abdominal wal open ful y,cooperate with concentration of 1%,according to al that Noel wet sand cloth cavity drainage,dressing change regularly.Team under sterile daily on the edge of the already appeared fat liquefaction of abdominal incision squash with the hand out the yel ow liquid,selection of rhubarb and mirabilite topical treatment after extrusion. Results After treatment,the team's average healing days to 5.0 days,and no cause mouth infections occur.Control group average healing days to 8.5 days,the dif erence statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Rhubarb and mirabilite topical treatment of fat liquefaction of incision is a safe, simple, easy and reliable method, we can stand for clinical use.关键词
