Abstract
Objective Bedside emergency department patients with dyspnea of serum NT-proBNP levels to explore its clinical value in the dif erential diagnosis of dyspnea in the emergency department of,In order to provide theoretical support for emergency work.Methods Regression analysis of 83 cases of emergency dyspnea,each underwent bedside NT-proBNP testing for the diagnosis of cardiac dyspnea 48 patients,designated as Group A,non-cardiac diagnosis,35 patients with dyspnea,designated as group B. Results The expression dif erences of NT-proBNP serum A group B group was statistical y significant ( <0.001).Conclusion Dyspnea in patients with NT-proBNP bedside detection is to identify emergency cardiac dyspnea and a non-cardiac dyspnea simple and rapid and ef ective detection index.关键词
