摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe clinical ef icacy of lipoic acid combined alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The 80 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and treatment group (40 cases), The control group used Alprostadil Injection;the treatment group combined with alpha lipoic acid and Alprostadil Injection, Two groups were treated for 2 weeks .Results The control group and the treatment group the total ef ective rate were 85.00%and 62.50%, the treatment group was significantly bet er than the control group ( < 0.05), the treatment group of nerve conduction velocity improvedef iciency is significantly higher than that in the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( < 0.01). Conclusion Sensory, motor conduction velocity of clinical symptoms and nerve lipoic acid combined with Alprostadil Injection can ef ectively improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
