Abstract
Objective To investigate the use of elderly patients with peptic ulcer when implementing health education standard operating procedures, patient outcomes, treatment adherence and af ect quality of life. Methods 152 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups of 76 cases. The control group of patients taking conventional health education;observation group were treated with standard operating procedures in the control group on the basis of health education. Results After the intervention, the cure rate of patients in the observation group and the total ef ective rate was 80.26%and 92.11%, respectively, were significantly higher; two weeks, four weeks, eight weeks of treatment adherence were wel accounted for 93.42%, 88.16% and 86.84%, significantly more than the control group;six months and one year recur ence rate was 7.89% and 9.21%respectively, which were significantly lower than the control group; the symptoms of patients in the observation group, mental and emotional, and overal scores were (29.57 ±3.04) , (38.21±2.88) and (90.13±7.11), were significantly higher. These dif erences between the two groups was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The standard operating procedures for the implementation of health education in elderly patients with peptic ulcer can ef ectively improve patient compliance, improve patient outcomes and reduce the relapse rate, while improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
