Abstract
Objective Research and analysis value of cystatin C in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in order to ef ectively guide the clinical application and research.Methods In 2013 February~2014 year in February in our hospital were randomly selected diabetic patients as the research object, divided into observation group (1 normal proteinuria, 40 cases) and observation group 2 (microalbuminuria, 40 cases) and observation group 3 (proteinuria, 40 cases), and select the same period in the 40 Hospital of medical health Kang Renwei group. Inspection and analysis of serum creatinine, four groups of subjects of urea nitrogen, creatinine clearance rate, Cystatin C changes, and analyzed and processed by the statistical software. Results By comparison, 2 groups were observed in patients with blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels compared with the other three groups had no dif erence ( >0.05), but the clearance rate of creatinine and cystatin C level dif erence ( <0.05). Observe 3 groups of patients with serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and serum cystatin C levels compared with the control group and the observation group 1, obvious dif erences between the 2 groups, the creatinine clearance rate was significantly lower than that of the other three groups ( < 0.05). The observation group 1, group 2, 3 groups of patients with serum creatinine and urea nitrogen level did not change, the creatinine clearance rate decreased, Cystatin C increased significantly, and increased gradual y with the aggravation of disease. Conclusion Cystatin C is an ef ective index for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, should strengthen clinical examination of at ention.关键词
