摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyse cesarean section indications of our hospital and explore strategies to reduce the rate of cesarean section.Methods Selecting 2056 cases of cesarean section delivery woman form October 1,2012 to December 31,2013 in our hospital,statistical analysis of cesarean section rate and indications.Results Show the rate of cesarean section rate was 35.8%,the rate of fetal factors cesarean section indications was 33%which was the top ranking,cesarean section scar uterus is31.6%.Conclution To reduce the occur ence of greate children,reducing the first cesarean section scar the uterus,through the joint ef orts of both doctors and patients can bet er reduce cesarean section rate.关键词
