摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of standardized management in diabetes in community nursing care.Methods Select from March 2013 to June 2014 in my community treatment of 160 cases of diabetes were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group,the intervention group to implement standardized management of diabetes in the given routine community management,while the control group received conventional community management compared two groups of patient care results.Results The intervention group of diabetes,blood sugar control cognition situation,outpatient fol ow-up rate,compliance was significantly higher than control group.Conclusion The implementation of standardized management in the nursing of patients with diabetes in community,improve the patients'cognition on diabetes,improve patient compliance behavior and treatment of patients with diabetes awareness,ef ective control of blood glucose has positive clinical significance.关键词
