摘要
Abstract
Objective To reduce the cal ing ratio of change transfuse and workload, enhance ef iciency of nursing.Methods The quality control circle program was implemented to research the factors that influenced the cal ing ratio of change transfuse,then the cal ing ratio was compared after adjusted nursing details.Results The cal ing ratio of change transfuse was reduced in apextim,nursing ef iciency was elevated,The nurses'general quality was improved.Conclusion The quality control activities can ef ectively assist in establishing cooperation and learning environment among team members, also it can improve nurses'general quality and nursing ef iciency.关键词
