Abstract
Objective To develop a scientific, objective and comprehensive Index System of Nursing Safety and Quality in Delivery Room. Methods Based on structure-process-outcome theory, the index system were developed through literature review, Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy method. Results In the two rounds of expert consultation, The recovery rate of the questionnaire was respectively 92%, 100%. The authoritative coef icients were 0.856 and 0.861,the coordination coef icient were 0.321 and 0.415 respectively. By chi square test, P<0.01, with statistical significance. An evaluation index system of nursing safety and quality in delivery room was constructed,which contains 3 first level indexes,18 second level indexes and 65 third level indexes. Conclusion The constructed evaluation index system of nursing safety and quality in delivery Roomconstruction has certain scientific nature and objectivity and feasibility. It can provide reference for nursing management of safety and quality in delivery room.关键词
