Abstract
Objective To investigate the transition of bacterial distribution and drug resistance isolated from AECOPD patients in ICU during five years. Methods Retrospect ively analyze the pathogenic bacteria isolated from AECOPD patients in ICU in 2008-2009 and 2013~2014. Results In 2008~2009, a total of 39 bacterial strains were col ected, including 29(74.36%)strains of gram-negative bacteria and 6(15.38%)strains of gram-positive bacteria. The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem was 41.67%, the resistance rate of Acine-tobacter baumanni was 0%.The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 10.26%. In 2013~2014, a total of 86 bacterial strains were col ected, including 62 (72.09%)strains of gram-negative bacteria ,7 (8.14%)strains of gram-positive bacteria and 17 (19.77%)strains of Blastomyces. The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem was 83.33%, the resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumanni was 78.38%. The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 2.33%. Conclusion The infection rate of Acinetobacter baumanni increased. Bacterial resistance is more serious. The use of antibiotics should be rational and the trend of bacterial resistance should be monitored closely.关键词
