胰管结石的诊断与治疗分析
Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Duct Stones

Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience with diagnosis and therapy of pancreatic duct stones. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases with pancreatic duct stones treated in our hospital from 2001 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Thirtytwo of the 32 cases had chronic pancreatitis. They were divided into surgery group for 20 cases and endoscopic group for 12 cases. Surgery group and Endoscopic group were 95%and 58.3%of complete remission in patients with abdominal pain, and there were no significant dif erences in the diarrhea and weight loss and other symptoms. No complications occur ed in surgery group,one patient died of pancreatic cancer in endoscopic group after 15 months later.Conclusion The diagnosis of pancreatic duct stones relies on the comprehensive application of al kinds of imaging examinations, surgery and endoscopic therapy can relieve symptoms of pancreatolithiasis. Surgery is the main way to achieve radical treatment of pancreatolithiasis.关键词
