Analysis of Partial Bladder Resection in the Treatment of MIBC
摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of the clinical data of 68 patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer patients (MIBC),the author investigated the ef ect of partial cystectomy in the treatment of MIBC. The patients were divided into partial bladder resection group(group PC) and radical cystectomy group(group RC)and then compared the clinical pathological features and survival rate by the method of Kaplan-meier.The results demonstrated that PC combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy was an ef ective therapy for MIBC and improved the survival rate.关键词
