Abstract
Objective Cerebral infarction patients with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with Xuesaitong injection analyze and discuss the feasibility of treatment.Methods Select 90 January 2013~March 2014 in our hospital for treatment of cerebral infarction patients, the average can be divided into three groups, the Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection group (group A),Xuesaitong injection group (group B) plug and the Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection and Xuesaitong injection plug treatment group (group C) patients, in three groups of patients before and after treatment the curative ef ect of observation and comparison and neural function defect situation.Results Compared with plug on Xuesaitong injection group and Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection group of patients, the patients of group C reduce obvious nerve function defect, < 0.05, statistical y significant, and patients of group C ef ect is A, B group of patients obviously, its dif erence is obvious, <0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion Compared with blood and ginkgo da mo treatment alone, Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection with plug on Xuesaitong injection therapy can ef ectively improve neural function in patients with cerebral infarction is calculate case, has the very good treatment ef ect, worthy of clinical application in promotion.关键词
