Abstract
Objective Disscussing and analysing the clinical ef ect of the treatment of combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopicesophageal cancer operation in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods Giving patients in the control group the routine surgical operation treatment,Giving patients in the observation group the combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophageal carcinoma operation for treatment,and then giving comparative analysis of the clinical therapeutic ef ect of two groups of patients.Results After the treatment,comparing the incidence of complications, hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and amount of bleeding of the two groups of patients and it turns out there are significant dif erences,what is more: <0.05,that is statistical y significant dif erence. Conclusion It has a good curative ef ect to use combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophageal cancer operation in the clinical treatment of patients with esophageal carcinoma.and it is worthy of promotion in clinical application.关键词
