Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of CT scanning in the diagnosis of early acute pancreatitis. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 January~2014 year in June admit ed 60 cases of acute pancreatitis in patients with clinical and CT image data. Results 52 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis showed pancreatic enlargement, outline is not clear, fat clearance, clearance of fuzzy appeared in ef usion. There may be gas containing necrotic lesions in 8 patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis and pancreatic tissue, concomitant with pseudocyst, pseudoaneurysm. Conclusion CT scan can clearly show the acute pancreatitis necrosis, hemor hage and the degree of overflow liquid range, has an important significance for early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis and to guide the clinical treatment.关键词
