摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative ef ect of atorvastatin treatment of hyperlipidemia, and safety.Methods From 2010 to 2010 in our hospital of 60 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases, to take atorvastatin and simvastatin 10 mg, 1 time/day, the course of 8 weeks.Results Oral drugs after 8 weeks, two groups of serum TC, TG, LDH-C level declined obviously, HDL-C level increased significantly ( ﹤0.05);And observation group decreased relatively more obvious than control ( ﹤ 0.05).Two groups of adverse reaction was not found.Conclusion Atorvastatin treatment of hyperlipidemia patients of lipid-lowering ef icacy, less adverse reaction, are the prefer ed lipid-lowering drugs.关键词
