摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of CT diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.Methods CT scans of 43 cases of obstructive jaundice patientsin dif erent degree,to identify the location and judging the cause of obstruction obstruction.Results The hilar biliary obstruction in 17 cases,9 cases of obstruction of the common hepatic duct,common bile duct obstruction in 10 cases,ampul ary obstruction in 7 cases and present;dif erent expression.Conclusion For obstructive jaundice underwent CT scans can ef ectively determine the cause of obstruction position and obstruction,combined with invasive PTC or ERCP further confirmed,can raise the rate of diagnosis before operation,so as not to delay treatment.关键词
