Abstract
Objective Investigating the levels of insulin and tumor necrosis factor expression in serum in patients with type 2 diabetes merging with cancer.Methods We col ected T2DM and cancer patients cases from January 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital,and col ected the general clinical data and laboratory test results according to the information,then compared the levels of insulin and tumor necrosis factor expression in serum in patients with type 2 diabetes merging with cancer,patients with diabetes alone and patients with cancer alone.Results The malignant tumor prevalence in T2DM was significantly higher than that in the general population,the TNF-αand insulin levels in serum in patients with diabetes merging with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in patients with the diabetes alone,the TNF-αand insulin levels in serum in patients with diabetes merging with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in the tumor alone group and the diabetes alone group. Conclusion It is necessary for the diabetes patients to monitor regularly the levels of TNF-αand insulin in serum,which may provide the clues of prediction and early diagnosis of tumors.关键词
