摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze application of dif erent anesthesia in patients with gastric cancer radical surgery on postoperative pain degree of influence.Methods From January 2011 to March 2011 in our hospital during the period of line 64 cases of patients with gastric cancer radical,control group in the two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group given general anesthesia, Compared the two groups of patients with dif erent period pain degree and the adverse reactions.Results The observation group of patients with postoperative pain score each time stage,contrast dif erences between groups, <0.05,there is statistical significance. Conclusion General anesthesia combined epidural block anesthesia,can ef ectively al eviate the eradication of gastric cancer patients with postoperative pain degree,and a lower incidence of adverse reactions,clinical security is higher,worth clinical promotion.关键词
