广西IVF-ET不孕妇女子宫内膜和息肉组织内膜容受性分子孕激素受体（PR）表达初探
Expression of Progestrone Receptors(PR) on the Endometrium & Endometrial Polyps of Infertility Women who Performed in Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET) in Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression and distribution of Progestrone Receptors(PR) Immunohistochemical staining in endometrium and Endometrial Polyp(EP) tissues who performed In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET) in Guangxi Reproductive Health Center (GXRHC), so that to provide the reference for researching how to improve pregnancy rate in EP patients with infertility. Methods Col ected 30 patients who were diagnosed with EP infertility and planned perform IVF-ET in GXRHC as a research group;meanwhile, the other similar 30 cases were male factor (husband infertility) but nor EP (close to the normal) as a normal control group, 30 cases were col ected in the family planning outpatients of First Af iliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University who were put in or taken out an intrauterine device (IUD) as a nor IVF-ET control group. Al the endometrium and/or endometrial polyps tissues were obtained by hysteroscopic polypectomy or curet age, and were done HE staining and PR immunohistochemical staining, and then observed the expression of PR. Results Compared with the control group, nuclei of glandular cel s showed higher positive expression,lumens secretions and interstitial cel had a certain positive expression in research group endometrium; but in endometrial polyps, local region cytoplasm of glandular cel s showed strong positive expression, the nuclei of glandular cel s seldom expression, and the interstitial cel to showed a lit le bit expressed. Conclusion Nuclei of glandular cel s showed higher positive expression in endometrium but part region cytoplasm of glandular cel s showed strong positive expression in endometrial polyps of EP infertility women who performed IVE-ET in Guangxi.关键词
