摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical ef ect of two radial artery blood sampling methods.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into control group of 50 cases, 50 cases of experimental group, two groups of operations are performed by a nurse practitioner, the control group with normal artery blood method, fixed in the experimental group USES the middle finger to specify a method, record of two sets of radial artery blood sampling one-time puncture success. Results The experimental group of disposable puncture success rate is higher than the control group ( ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion Using the middle finger fixed in a specified method for radial artery in patients with high blood one-time success rate of puncture, less painful, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
