Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical value and significance of myopectineal orifice in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods A total of 74 cases of patients taking laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2014 were selected as research subjects,and their clinical data,symptoms and recovery after operation were recorded and analyzed respectively.At the same time,the related risk factors cor elated with inguinal hernia recur ence and postoperative complications were analyzed as wel .Results Operations were completed successful y in al patients and no open surgery was produced.The operation time was (53.5±6.4)minutes,the main postoperative complications in laparoscopic hernia repair is scrotal seroma (7 cases),transient neurapraxia (3 cases) anduroschesis(2 cases).During the fol ow-ups periods,there had no recurrence was found.Conclusion A thorough understanding of the laparoscopic anatomical structure of myopectineal orifice would be important to promote operation success,and have a positive ef ect in decreasing post-operative complications and recur ence.关键词
