摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the ef icacy and safety of Loratadine on al ergic conjunctivitis. Methods 153 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The cases of treatment group received Loratadine and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Eye Drops, and the cases of control group received only Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Eye Drops, both for 2 weeks. Results The ef icacy rate was 96.10% for treatment group and 81.58% for control group, with statistical y significant. Conclusion The conjoint therapy of Loratadine and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Eye Drops is more ef ective on al ergic conjunctivitis, so as to deserve clinical promotion.关键词
