Abstract
Objective To observe the analysis of nasal endoscopic surgery for the clinical curative ef ect of senile sinusitis and nasal polyp. Methods From March 2008 to March 2008 were a total of 150 cases of elderly patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp. Nasal endoscopic surgery, are used to observe dif erent type stages of the therapeutic ef ect of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps. Results The treatment of patients with type I ef ective rate was 94.8%, the treatment of patients with type I ef ective rate was 83.3%, the treatment of type II ef ective rate was 65.0%. Conclusion nasal endoscopic surgery in elderly sinusitis and nasal polyps can obtain satisfactory therapeutic ef ect.关键词
