摘要
Abstract
Objective To prevent the process of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,to study the ef ect of psychological nursing intervention.Methods The clinical data of elderly patients with chronic heart failure diagnosis and treatment were selected in our hospital in 2011 March March 2012 during a total of 116 cases were analyzed.Results Through the evaluation of patients after the treatment of sleep quality,Pit sburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)evaluation results show relative to controls the quality of sleep,the experimental group improved obviously;the psychological intervention before,al the patients were rated higher than the normal level,but the two groups SDS and SAS score dif erence is not big,no statistical significance of >0.05 dif erences;psychological nursing intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of al patients were improved,but the control group score is higher than the experimental group,there were significant dif erences between the two group <0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing which can be applied to elderly patients with chronic heart failure,not only can ef ectively improve the patients with sleep,can slow down the impact of various kinds of negative situation,further increases in the treatment of patients with recur ent rate,reduce mortality and disease,has important significance in clinical use.关键词
