摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical ef ect of laparoscopic treatment of acuteappendicitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of laparoscopic treatment of acute appendicitis in 78 cases,of which 26 cases of suppurative appendicitis,gangrenous appendicitis l3 cases,16 cases of perforated appendix,simple appendicitis,24 cases,al patients were operated Laparoscopic surgery within 24 hours after admission.Results The operation was successful in 78 patients,al were cured.Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis ideal ef ect,can be used as the first choice for treatment of acute appendicitis.关键词
