摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of artificial rupture of membranes combined with oxytocin in labor induction of late pregnancy.Methods 128 pregnant women who were eligible for labor induction in our hospital were selected,al cases were randomly divided into observation group (64 cases)and control group (64 cases),cases in control group were only given oxytocin treatment,cases in observation group were given artificial rupture of membranes combined with oxytocin treatment,observed the ef ect of labor induction and pregnancy outcome of cases in two groups.Results The success rate of labor induction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,labor pains appearance time,opening and closing time of uterus cervix and total duration of labor were less than that in control group,there was significant dif erence between two groups ( <0.05).The,cesarean section rate of cases in observation group was 15.6%,significantly lower than that in the control group(29.7%),there was significant dif erence between two groups( <0.05).Conclusion Artificial rupture of membranes combined with oxytocin in labor induction of late pregnancy has bet er ef ect.关键词
