摘要
Abstract
Objective To survey the status of depression and anxiety of maternal postpartum hemor hage,and observe the ef ect of nursing intervention.Methods Select the 2013~2014 years of maternal birth in our hospital 600 cases as the research object,according to whether the postpartum hemor hage were divided into two groups,use the anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)to assess the hospital anxiety and depression status of the two groups. Results Postpartum depression and anxiety rate were 29.33%and 13.5%.Maternal postpartum hemor hage depression and anxiety were higher than the non postpartum hemorrhage,the dif erence has statistical significance.Maternal postpartum hemor hage rate of depression intervention than before intervention,the dif erence has statistical significance;anxiety rate comparison before and after the intervention,the dif erences were not statistical y significant.Conclusion Postpartum hemor hage rate of maternal depression and anxiety are higher than those without postpartum hemor hage,psychological intervention should be strengthened emphatical y in maternal postpartum hemor hage.关键词
