Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing intervention in hepatitis B vaccination of pregnant women in the application results in order to provide clinical guidance. Methods 120 cases of hepatitis B vaccination of pregnant women into two groups of 60 patients in the control group received usual care, observation group comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis. Results After treatment, the observation group anxiety rate and incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group, and significantly higher satisfaction with care, <0.05. Conclusion The hepatitis B vaccination of pregnant women comprehensive care interventions can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, should be promoted in clinical practice.关键词
