Abstract
Objective The clinical ef ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2014 to August, 85 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups of patients were treated in the same way, nursing mode, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention methods, discharge compared to the previous evaluation of the quality of life of the patients in the two groups.Results SF-36 health survey questionnaire before and after the two groups of patients with coronary artery disease nursing, observation group patients in many aspects, such as psychology, physiology and function recovery, quality of life was significantly bet er than the control group, the dif erences were statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The mental and physical status of patients can be improved by using the method of comprehensive nursing intervention.关键词
