摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the reason of losing the nurse analysis scientifical y, positive thinking, and credible to both can satisfy the nurse professional dream of system and method, through to the nurse scientific incentive mechanism, reduce the nurse job stress, scientific management and humanistic care measures, to improve hospital nursing human resource, and can satisfy the hospital nursing task is completed.
