Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of caesarean scar pregnancy(CSP),and explore its diagnosis and ef iciency of treatment.Methods The clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment of 22 cases with CSP were analyzed retrospectively.Results Nineteen patients were performed curet age after being treated with Methotrexatum,2 lesion resection and repair of the uterus after being treated with Methotrexatum,and 1 lesion resection and repair of the uterus.Al patients were cured.Conclusion Women who had undergone caesarean delivery should be mindful of CSP during another pregnancy.Ultrasound examination is an important means to discovering,diagnosing,and monitoring CSP early.Meanwhile,Methotrexatum is the main treatment for CSP combined with curet age.关键词
