Abstract
Objective To study the TCM nursing intervention was applied to the clinical ef ect of patients with postoperative abdominal distension of gynecology.Methods From January~December 2014 in the surgical treatment and postoperative abdominal distension of gynecology hospital,143 cases of patients,according todif erent nursing methods are divided into observation group and control group,the control group with normal diet nursing,nursing methods of massage and hotcompress,observation group USES the nursing methods of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,nursing intervention to observe and compare the two groups of patients after bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time,for the first time defecation time,abdominal distension,abdominal pain relief time,average hospitalization time,patient satisfaction,etc.Results Observation group of patients with bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time,for the first time defecation time,abdominal distension,abdominal pain relief time,average hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group,the observation group of patients to nursing service satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,P<0.01,with statistical significance.Conclusion For patients with postoperative abdominal distention of gynecology of TCM nursing intervention can ef ectively al eviate the symptoms of patients with abdominal.关键词
